Return and Refund Policy

  1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sonia Honey. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order (Only Manufacturing defect), please contact us within Two Days from the date of Delivery to request a return authorization. All products which fall under FMCG category will not be returned by any ways.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email / WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days, e.g., 5-10 business days].

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of both side shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only return / replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
